DIY Pack-out Kit

An option in dealing with the disposal of human waste is to use a portable container designed to transport and disinfect feces. You can make your own pack out kit easily.

Pack a handful of kitty litter in a brown paper bag.
After you deposit the feces in the brown paper bag, place it inside a doubled plastic bag for transport.
You can place the plastic bag inside a PVC tube with a screw-top lid, referred to as a Poop Tube.
Discard the paper bags in a pit toilet or porta-john, but re-use the plastic bags or throw them in the garbage.
